Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ST∆CK mobile application ("App") operated by Fort Lee School of Music ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ST∆CK. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the App
Upload content that is offensive, infringing, or harmful

4. Health Disclaimer

ST∆CK is a fitness tracking and logging tool. It is not a medical device, and the AI Coach feature does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have a health condition. You assume full responsibility for your use of any fitness recommendations generated by the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The ST∆CK name, logo, and all original App content are the property of Fort Lee School of Music. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our written permission. You retain ownership of your personal fitness data.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

ST∆CK may offer optional paid subscription plans ("Pro"). Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's billing terms. You may cancel a subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the App.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fort Lee School of Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
