ST∆CK ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Fort Lee School of Music. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed (never plain-text) password. You may optionally add a profile photo.
ST∆CK records the workout, cardio, and running data that you manually log in the app — including exercises, sets, reps, weights, distances, and durations. This data is stored on our secure servers so it is accessible across your devices.
If you enable the optional Apple Health integration, ST∆CK may read steps, heart rate, and workout data from HealthKit on your device. This data is never sold or shared with advertisers.
We store your preferences (weight unit, distance unit, time zone, theme) on our servers so they persist across devices.
When you use the iCoach feature, your messages and relevant workout context are sent to Anthropic, PBC to generate responses. Anthropic's privacy policy governs that data: anthropic.com/privacy. We do not store iCoach conversations on our servers beyond the current session.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following service providers, and only as needed to operate the app:

ST∆CK integrates with Apple HealthKit only with your explicit permission. HealthKit data is used solely to display and log your fitness information within the app. We do not use HealthKit data for advertising, market research, or any purpose unrelated to health and fitness.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app. Deletion permanently removes your profile and all associated fitness data from our servers within 30 days.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing (bcrypt). We do not store payment card details.
ST∆CK is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account by contacting us at the email below or using the in-app deletion feature.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
